West Hollywood
"Today, I had a HydraFacial session with Sydney at the West Hollywood location and it was amazing. This was my first time at this chic facility and my first time having this type of facial. Sydney talked me through the entire process and told me what she was doing each step along the way. I thought I would be intimidated by the machine, but it was very gentle and an effective way to infuse serums. Sydney also gave me advice on how I can take care of my skin at home in between my sessions with her because I will definitely be back!"

"I've been going to West Hollywood location for years but recently moved so now I receive services at the Santa Monica location. I've been with a few of the providers, all who have been pleasant and do a great job. Jocelyn is especially wonderful to work with, I have some tricky skin situations (hyperpigmentation, acne, melasma) and Jocelyn has help guide me to treatments that have really helped improve my skin. If you're looking to be completely pampered book her for a hydrafacial it does not disappoint."

We look at what your skin is doing that week and what result you actually want. If you tell us whether you are dealing with breakouts, sensitivity, dullness, congestion, or event prep, we can point you to the right option and fine-tune it once you are here.
A HydraFacial is more device-driven and works well when you want a polished, hydrated glow with very little downtime. A classic facial is more hands-on and better when you want extractions or a treatment that can be adjusted step by step, while peels are for patients who want stronger exfoliation and correction.
For facials and HydraFacials, we talk through your skin concerns and choose the right treatment before we start. For peels, microneedling, and other medical skin treatments, we may do a provider clearance call first so we can review your history, medications, and recent products.
Come in with clean skin if you can and let us know what active products you have been using at home. If you are booking microneedling or a peel, stop retinol ahead of time and tell us about any recent Botox, filler, or prescription acne medication so we can guide the timing.
Often yes, but the order depends on what you are doing. We can usually pair a regular facial or HydraFacial with other appointments more easily, while microneedling and certain peels need more spacing, so tell us what is on your calendar and we will plan it out.
For most patients, every 4 to 6 weeks works best because that gives us consistency without overworking the skin. If you are treating active breakouts or getting ready for something specific, we may have you come a little closer together at first.
Most facials have little to no downtime, and any pinkness from extractions usually settles quickly. Peels and microneedling are the ones where we expect more redness, dryness, or flaking, so we will tell you that upfront before you book.
Yes. We can steer sensitive patients toward gentler classic facial options and adjust products so you are not getting overloaded. If you are reactive, just tell us when you book and we will guide you away from anything too aggressive.
Yes, we have options that are appropriate during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Let us know that when you book so we can keep the treatment pregnancy-safe and avoid anything that is not recommended.
We do both. Some patients need a facial with cleansing and extractions, while others are better served by a peel, microneedling, or something like a cortisone shot if the breakout is very inflamed. Tell us what is going on and we will point you in the right direction.
Yes. Our classic facial category includes back and body facials for congestion, rough texture, and back acne, and we can do extractions when they are appropriate.
