• What Are Injectable Fillers?

  When the signs of aging begin to appear, and a surgical facelift is out of the question, injectable fillers instantly improve age related volume loss, fine lines, frown lines, sagging skin, thin lips, sunken areas & much more.

• How Do Injectable Fillers Work?

  When you come in for your free consultation, a highly trained Cienega Med Spa nurse will evaluate the areas of your concern and educate you on the possibilities of injectable fillers and Botox. Your will learn about results, treatment, any possible downtime and follow up care in detail. You will also learn about the different products and understand which product may be best for you. If you choose to treat same day, a FREE medical grade numbing cream will be applied (per your request) and treatment will commence. Most areas do not require numbing creme because the product will contain lidocaine. Treatments are typically comfortable with a mild level of pain, if any.

• How Long Does A Treatment Take?

  Treatments typically take about 15-45 minutes or more depending on the area(s) you wish to have treated.

• What Kind Of Results Will I See?

  With fillers you can reduce almost any fold, wrinkle or crease! Define your jawline, build volume in the cheeks, and increase the dimensions of your facial structure, increase or correct your lip structure and much more. With Botox treatment around the eyes or eyebrows, you can expect a softening of the muscle movement, and a smoothening of the skin were treated. Many note that Botox treatments to the forehead greatly reduce oil production causing less breakouts. Botox around the eyes typically softens the wrinkles experiences, reverting the skin to a younger appearance. With injectable fillers, you can expect a more “full” appearance. For example, when treating under eye hollows, you may see an immediate fuller outcome, resulting in looking less “tired”. With lip fillers, you may expect a more fuller or “pouty” appearance.

• How Many Treatments Will I Need?

  Your treatment outcomes can only be determined during your free consultation, in which we will discuss if more than one treatment may be necessary.

• How Soon Will I See Results?

  Once treated, you may return to work, or travel. With injectable fillers, results are typically seen instantly, with the exception of Botox, which may take up to 14 days to take effect.

• What Does The Treatment Feel Like?

  Typically no feeling is experienced during a Botox or filler treatment other than a small poke.

• Do Facial Injections Hurt?

  If you are very sensitive, you may opt for a numbing cream to be applied, to which no sensation may be experienced upon injecting. For cheek fillers and jawline fillers, you may feel a slight amount of tension where injected. Most people typically receive treatment with no numbing cream as they describe the treatments to have little to no pain.

• Will My Results Look Natural?

  Absolutely! Our Highly trained and very experienced registered nurses know just the right approach to take for each unique individual. When fillers are done right, it truly takes years off of one’s appearance, and looks natural.

• What Areas Of The Face Can Be Treated?

  Nearly any area of the face or hands can be injected and corrected.

• How Are Cheeks Treated With Fillers

  Our nurses can add some Voluma to the cheeks to replace lost volume and give an instant lift to the facial countenance. It’s truly amazing. We can add a little Juvederm Ultra Plus to the apple of the cheek to add back some of the volume stolen by time. Building the cheeks also greatly helps to lift the sagging jowls of the chin line.

• How Are Frown Lines & Lip Lines Treated With Fillers?

  Using a discerning eye and artful precision, our highly skilled registered nurses can fill tiny lines between the brow and around the lips with Botox, Restylane, Juvederm or Belotero.

• How Are Lips Treated With Fillers?

  If you’ve always dreamed of plump, pillowy lips, products like Volbella, Juvederm Ultra Plus, and Restylane Silk will provide the silky, natural looking perfection you’ve dreamed of. You really can have luscious lips that look totally REAL.

• How Is The Chin Treated With Fillers?

  Build and define a recessed chin with product such as Radiesse and Voluma.

• How Is The Nose Treated With Fillers?

  Create a nose bridge or smooth out the profile of a “bump”. Filler such as Juvederm or Voluma work well to build a new profile.

• How Is The Jawline Treated With Fillers?

  Enhance and build your jawline for a natural or dramatic look with Voluma and Radiesse.

• How Are The Hands Treated With Fillers?

  We all know that filler can do wonders to add volume to the lips, face and help with small details, but what is really interesting is that it can totally rejuvenate your HANDS as well. Oftentimes, we manage to help out our faces to the point where no one would know our REAL age, but our hands can be the “Give Away”. Now, you have a quick and simple option that really makes a difference that takes YEARS off of your OVERALL appearance. Once you try it, you will be amazed. We use either Juvederm or Radiesse, depending on your particular needs.

• How Are Under Eyes Treated With Fillers?

  If you are tired of looking tired, injections around the eyes give a great impact while looking smooth and cohesive. We can carefully place some Volbella under the eyes and rid you of that annoying trough that has formed and been making look old and tired. It really makes such a difference, you literally won’t believe your eyes.

• Are Injectable Fillers Something Men Can Do Too?

  Yes. In fact, more and more men are discovering that it pays to look your best in a competitive world. The competition seems to keep getting younger every day, and you don’t have to accept the signs of aging on your face.

• Who Is The Ideal Candidate For Injectable Fillers?

  Anyone in their mid to late 20s, 30s, 40s and 50s who wish to subtly enhance their appearance.

• Are Injectable Fillers Permanent?

  Botox and fillers are temporary injections that slowly fade over time. It is recommended to treat with Botox every 3 to 6 months. Injectable fillers such as Juvederm, Restylane, Belotero typically last up to 6 months. Voluma and Volbella may last up to 2 years. Enhancements and touchups are required to upkeep results with injectable fillers.

• Are Injectables To The Face Safe?

  Yes, treatment with Botox and Fillers are FDA cleared for safety.

• Is There Any Downtime From Facial Fillers?

  Yes, some downtime may be experienced such as swelling and bruising. Medical considerations and restrictions for being treated

• Who Should Not Get Facial Fillers?

  Those who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Those with an infection at or near desired treatment site. Those who are planning on working out same day of the appointment. Those who were drinking the night before, or will plan to drink same day of your appointment (may make bruising more apparent). Other medical considerations will be covered during your free consultation.

• Are There Any Side Effects Of Facial Fillers?

  Main side effects of Injectable fillers include itching, rash, red itchy welts, wheezing, asthma symptoms, or dizziness or feeling faint. This is not intended to be the full list of side effects.

• What Should I Do To Get Ready For My Treatment?

• Can I Get Facial Fillers Before A Special Event Or Travel?

  We generally recommend NOT receiving an injectable filler treatment right before a special event or meeting as swelling or bruising may develop.
