If you’re new to this service, please schedule this appointment before beginning medical weight loss, hormone therapy, Iron IVs, or other medical treatments that require lab testing. A recent blood draw (completed within the last 2–3 months) is required before starting any medication-based service.

A $350 fee applies for the blood draw, laboratory processing, and medical clearance. You may use your health insurance to cover lab fees, and most plans cover these costs in full. Please note that lab fees are billed separately from treatment fees.
