Chin Reduction Treatment

"Audrey informed me about the procedure details and took care of coolsculpting my chin earlier today. She was kind, knowledgeable and effective. Everyone I interacted with at the spa came across as genuinely caring and determined to offer the best service possible. I was surprised to see impressive results immediately after the procedure was completed. The pain, or rather the discomfort, during the first ten minutes of the procedure was minimal. I was warned that there could be swelling but I do not see any. The spa is a beautiful facility and the treatment room felt like a 5 star hotel. Couldn't be happier."

"I had never been to this spa before until I googled Coolsculpting and saw they were the #1 cool sculpting center. I really wanted to get my double chin done as it bothered me very much. I called and they were able to get me in the next day! I went to my appointments the girls up front were very nice and led me to 2 other girls that did my consultation. They took me to the room where my procedure was going to be done and went thru it step by step with me. My entire experience was perfect. "I just want to say that it is SO important for a medspa to follow up with you after a procedure, prior to do doing Kybella I had a consultation, had the in-house doctor take a look at the areas I was considering, the nurse again went over the specific plan of action, and the procedure was quick and easy. The risks and "side notes" to this procedure were noted by the doctor, even though I already knew them, hearing her go out of her way to explain them was like a mental checkmark in my head. Ethics is SEXY. Knowledgeable patients are loyal patients. Kybella in this area was a new thing for me, so I was definitely monitoring myself from the get-go after my appt. I was followed up with the next day in the early afternoon by their clinic again, and that's what inspired the review. I am pretty knowledgeable in this industry, and do my fair share of research on every procedure I do but being able to ask some very targeted questions to the nurse and being able to get concrete, no bs answers was refreshing. Everything she said, I aligned with and it made sense to me. I just need to RE-EMPHASIZE how important it is for a medspa to not only do the consult, but then get 1. Doctor's secondary opinion 2. After-care followup (not just in 2 month's time, but the following day). I'm impressed. The only thing I will say is that things are a bit pricy here, and it would be amazing to see certain specials run in the coming months- I truly believe it could extend CPV (customer perceived value). Looking forward to coming here again in the future"
