• Express or LUXE: which one should I book?

  Express takes 20 minutes. It cleans, lightly exfoliates and hydrates, so it suits skin that is already in good shape.

  LUXE takes 45 minutes and adds extractions, booster serums and LED light.

  Pick LUXE if you have breakouts or clogged pores, or before an event.

• Will a HydraFacial help my breakouts?

  LUXE can help with clogged pores and, over a few visits, the look of blemishes.

  Skip Express during a breakout.

  For one painful, swollen spot, ask us about a cortisone shot.

• How often should I come in?

  Most people come about once a month. Some come every two or three months.

  Your esthetician will suggest what suits your skin.

• Can I book it the same day as another treatment?

  Usually, yes. Tell us what else you are booking and we will set the order.

  Microneedling and some peels need more time in between.

• I'm pregnant or have sensitive skin. Can I still have one?

  Tell us before your visit. Your esthetician can make the treatment gentler and choose different serums.

• When should I postpone my HydraFacial?

  Wait if you have a sunburn, a rash, an open wound or a skin infection, or if you just had a laser treatment or a peel.

  Tell us about any allergies before we start.

• What should I do afterwards?

  For a day, skip harsh skin products, lots of sun and heavy makeup.
