• What is EZgel?

  EZgel is a soft gel made from your own blood. At your visit we draw a small amount, then spin and gently warm it into a gel made with platelet-rich fibrin (PRF). It is used under the eyes and with microneedling.

• How is EZgel different from PRP?

  Both start with your own blood. PRP stays a liquid. EZgel is made with platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) and warmed into a soft gel, so your provider can place it where it is needed, such as under the eyes.

• What areas can EZgel treat?

  You can book EZgel online for under the eyes, and with microneedling for the face, the face and neck, or the face, neck and chest. Not sure which is right for you? Start with the free consultation.

• How many sessions will I need?

  Your provider will recommend a plan; many patients have two sessions about 4 to 6 weeks apart, and some come back for a touch-up a few months later.

• How do I prepare for EZgel?

  Drink plenty of water for a few days before, since the visit starts with a blood draw, and skip alcohol for at least 24 hours. Avoid smoking. If you take blood thinners or anti-inflammatories such as ibuprofen, tell your provider before your visit, and do not stop a prescribed medication on your own.

• Does it hurt, and is there downtime?

  The draw feels like a routine blood test, and numbing cream goes on before microneedling. Some swelling in the days after is normal, and bruising can happen under the eyes. Microneedling leaves skin red for a day or two. Skip ice, and do not rub or massage the treated area.

• Is EZgel FDA approved?

  No. EZgel is not FDA approved for cosmetic use. It is made from your own blood during your visit, and your provider decides whether it is right for you.

• How much does EZgel cost?

  EZgel runs from $695 to $945 per session, depending on the area. The consultation is free, and every option is priced in the booking section above.
