The “Wolverine stack” is a nickname the peptide community uses for taking two tissue-repair peptides together, BPC-157 and TB-500 (a synthetic form of thymosin beta-4). The name is a nod to the comic-book character known for fast healing; it is a nickname rather than a medical term. BPC-157 has been studied for tendon, ligament and gut-lining repair, and TB-500 for how cells migrate to injured tissue. At Cienega we offer these as individual prescription peptides, and together with two more in our KLOW recovery blend, each after a consult with our medical team.

It is a nickname for taking BPC-157 and TB-500 together, two peptides studied for tissue repair. The name comes from the comic-book character, not from any clinical finding.
No. Neither BPC-157 nor TB-500 is approved by the FDA for human use, and TB-500 is prohibited in tested sport by the World Anti-Doping Agency. They are prescribed at a provider's discretion following an individual evaluation.
We do not market anything under that name. We offer the two peptides individually, BPC-157 and TB-500, and we offer a four-peptide KLOW recovery blend that includes both of them plus GHK-Cu and KPV. Each is available by prescription after a consultation.
Book a consultation. One of our nurse practitioners will review your health history and goals and, if a peptide is appropriate, write the prescription and order it for your visit.
