My favorite nurse (which I will not disclose to make sure I have enough appointments with her—lol) always tends to any of my concerns or questions and goes out of her way to ensure I have the best possible session. You’ll feel so pampered here! After my first session, I had already seen significant results. Now after my five sessions, Cienega Med Spa brought back my confidence. I’m no longer hiding behind my mask! I smile with pride and show off my face any chance I get!"

"I went in for a consultation for laser hair removal at the West Hollywood location. I have had it done at other places in the past a number of years ago, but always found it to be extremely painful, so I never even thought of doing it on my chest as it would've hurt too much. After searching online for a pain free laser hair removal place in LA, I came across the Cienega Med Spa. I went in for a consultation and was skeptical. The nurse offered to do a patch test, and to my surprise it was incredibly bearable. I did my full chest and abs there and then and bought a package deal. I am very satisfied with the level of customer service, the cleanliness and the design of the place. Everyone was very friendly and informative. And of course, the laser hair removing was amazing. My only critique would be it would be nicer if they weren't piping club music throughout the spa, I'd imagine something lower tempo would be more appropriate, but that's just me, and thats a small, SMALL price to pay for the overall great experience I had there."
