"I went in for my second coolsculpting appointment at the beginning of April - my first was for love handles and my second for my belly. From the initial consultation to both treatments, the front desk staff and the nurses were all very helpful in explaining the procedure, the billing , how the procedure worked and what to expect. The office is very clean and parking was easy. I had a bit of discomfort for the procedure on my belly but they said this was totally normal and just to massage for the first few weeks. They made me super comfortable during the procedure and have a nice private room with TV to watch as the machine works its magic. Right after I left my appointment, I recieved a follow up email with care instructions and a call making sure that everything went smoothly.nnEverything just worked really well and I think it's a testament of "you get what you pay for". I'll try and post an update in a few months on the results of the procedure but just based on the customer service and experience, I definitely give them 5 stars."

"I went in for my second and last abdomen coolsculpting this past Saturday because of my amazing results a month ago. I literally dropped 8% body fat after one treatment and the pointy budge is no longer there. During my second treatment (Freeze the Fat Abdomen Large Applicator 2 Areas), I went ahead and did my love handles (Freeze The Fat Love Handles) to balance out my body. The procedure to the love handles did not hurt compared to the abdomen area. I really enjoyed my experience with Cienega Med Spa! They are very friendly and provide Netflix for you to watch during your one-two hour procedure. If you are considering a toner body for the upcoming summer, hitting the gym may not give the immediate results. If you combined CoolSculpting and working out, you will see faster results. After my first coolsculpting, I was going to the gym 7 day's per week (2 hours each time)."

However, the staff is so amazingly friendly and do everything in their power to make your experience as comfortable as possible. They even held my hand and gave me some aromatherapy to help me get through the first 10 min of the treatments which coincidentally are the most painful. I will say though that once you are able to get through those first 10 min ur skin freezes and goes numb and you are just fine. No more pain at all just a little pressure :) I would HIGHLY recommend this med spa to anyone looking to sculpt their bodies for the summer! The price is extremely affordable too and trust me I did a lot of research before I decided to come here.
