Come to West Hollywood, Santa Monica or Calabasas and meet the provider who prescribes for you.
Your prescription is filled by a licensed U.S. 503A pharmacy.
Nothing is dispensed without a prescription from our medical team.
Tell a nurse practitioner about your health history and goals. There is no obligation to buy medication.
If treatment is appropriate and you choose to proceed, your provider reviews the medications with you. The review fee is charged once for that encounter, including prescriptions ordered separately that day.
Pay for the bottles prescribed for you, with no subscription or automatic refill. Buying several together does not add another fee to the same medication review. You see the total before agreeing.
At clinic pickup, we show you how to use your medication and answer your questions. This teaching is included in the review fee. Prefer delivery? We ship to your home anywhere in California at no extra charge. If you cannot get to a clinic and would like to be shown how to inject, we can do that over video.

Epithalon is a short four-amino-acid peptide studied for its relationship to telomerase, the enzyme that maintains the protective caps on the ends of chromosomes, and to the body’s circadian rhythm and melatonin production. Research interest sits in the longevity and healthy-aging space. It is a research peptide, prescription-only.
Telomere maintenance and cellular aging research
Circadian-rhythm and sleep-wake regulation
Melatonin production and restful sleep
General healthy-aging and longevity interest
Most peptides are not FDA-approved for the uses discussed publicly, and are prescribed at the discretion of a licensed provider after an individual evaluation. A peptide is not appropriate for everyone, and individual results vary.
Peptide therapy at Cienega Medical is available by prescription only. You start with a consultation with one of our nurse practitioners, who reviews your health history, your goals, and whether a peptide is appropriate for you. If it is, they write the prescription and we prepare it for your visit. If it is not, they will tell you that too.
Epithalon (also written epitalon) is a synthetic four-amino-acid peptide, developed as a version of epithalamin, a substance originally derived from the pineal gland. It has been studied mainly in aging biology and circadian-rhythm research, and it remains an active area of study. At Cienega it is available by prescription only, after a consultation with our medical team.

Epithalon is a synthetic peptide built from four amino acids, studied in relation to aging and circadian rhythm. The research shows less than the internet suggests: most published work comes from one research group in Russia and has not been broadly replicated by independent labs. A blend bottle pairing Epithalon with GHK-Cu is also available, and your nurse practitioner can talk through whether either fits at your free consultation.
No. Epithalon is not approved by the FDA for any use. It is prescribed at the discretion of a licensed provider following an individual evaluation.
Epithalon is not right for everyone. Your nurse practitioner reviews your health history, current medications and existing conditions before prescribing, and will tell you if it is not a fit. Bring your current medication list to your free consultation.
Bottle pricing is shown above. Every order includes one medical review fee, which covers the review and managing your prescriptions, and is charged once even when prescriptions go out as separate orders the same day. The consultation itself is free.
Book a free consultation with a nurse practitioner, online or at any of our three locations. They go through your health history, your current medications and what you are trying to achieve, then tell you whether this is a sensible fit. Not everyone is, and if you are, they write the prescription and you pay for your bottles plus the one review fee.
Your prescription is filled by a licensed U.S. 503A compounding pharmacy.
That depends on what your provider prescribes, so it is not something we can put a number on here. Your nurse practitioner tells you at your review roughly how long a bottle should last for you and when it would make sense to order again. There is no subscription and no automatic refill, so you order again only when you decide to.
Both. Collect at West Hollywood, Santa Monica or Calabasas, where we pack it for you and show you how to inject it, all covered by the review fee. Or we ship it to your home anywhere in California, at no extra charge. If you cannot get to a clinic and would like to be shown how to inject, we can set up a video visit and walk you through it.
