DSIP, or delta sleep-inducing peptide, is a nine-amino-acid peptide first isolated from the brain in 1977. Research has looked at its relationship to delta-wave (deep, slow-wave) sleep and to the body’s stress-regulation systems. It is a research peptide, so any use is individualized and prescription-only.

Most DSIP research dates from 1977 to the 1990s, mostly in animals. The human sleep studies were small, typically under 20 people.
DSIP is not FDA-approved for any use. These studies don’t show that it treats any condition in people, and safety data in people are limited. Your free consultation with a nurse practitioner is the place to talk through what is and isn’t known.
Most peptides are not FDA-approved for the uses discussed publicly, and are prescribed at the discretion of a licensed provider after an individual evaluation. A peptide is not appropriate for everyone, and individual results vary.

DSIP is not right for everyone. Your nurse practitioner reviews your health history, current medications and existing conditions before prescribing, and will tell you if it is not a fit. Bring your current medication list to your free consultation.
Bottle prices are listed on this page. Every order includes one medication review fee, which covers the review and managing your prescriptions, and is charged once even when prescriptions go out as separate orders the same day. The consultation itself is free.
Pick a time for a free telehealth visit with a nurse practitioner, by phone or video. Before your visit, you fill out a short health form. They go through your health history, your current medications and what you are trying to achieve, then tell you whether this is a sensible fit. Not everyone is, and if you are, they write the prescription and you pay for your bottles plus one medication review fee.

That depends on what your provider prescribes, so it is not something we can put a number on here. Your nurse practitioner tells you at your review roughly how long a bottle should last for you and when it would make sense to order again. You can order as many bottles as your nurse prescribes while you’re on the call, and when you need more, book another call online or call us. Each call where you order adds one $49 medication review. Nothing renews on its own. If you’d like bottles sent on a regular schedule, ask your nurse: it’s worked out case by case, since everyone’s prescription is different.
