Epithalon, also written epitalon, is a synthetic peptide made of four amino acids joined in sequence. It was developed as a synthetic version of epithalamin, a substance originally extracted from the pineal gland, and it has been studied mainly in the context of aging biology and circadian rhythm. Most of the published research on Epithalon comes from a single research group in Russia and has not been widely replicated by independent laboratories elsewhere. It is not approved by the FDA for any use.

Less than the internet suggests. Most published work on Epithalon comes from one research group in Russia, and it has not been broadly replicated by independent labs. There are no large, long-term human trials. We would rather tell you that plainly than imply a stronger evidence base than exists.
