IDEAL FOR
This blend is prescribed after a consultation. It tends to suit people dealing with a nagging soft-tissue injury or ongoing inflammation who want repair support without the skin and collagen focus of the KLOW blend. Your provider will tell you which of the two fits your goals.
You are recovering from a soft-tissue or joint injury
Inflammation, not skin quality, is your main concern
You are willing to complete a consultation first
Three peptides, each studied for a different part of recovery: BPC-157 for tissue and gut repair, KPV for calming inflammatory signaling, and TB-500 for cell migration and healing. Together they are used as a repair-focused stack for people whose main issue is inflammation rather than skin. These are research peptides, prescription only.
Soft-tissue injuries that are slow to settle
Tendon and ligament recovery
Gut-lining repair
Ongoing inflammatory response
Most peptides are not FDA-approved for the uses discussed publicly, and are prescribed at the discretion of a licensed provider after an individual evaluation. A peptide is not appropriate for everyone, and individual results vary.
Peptide therapy at Cienega Medical is available by prescription only. You start with a consultation with one of our nurse practitioners, who reviews your health history, your goals, and whether a peptide is appropriate for you. If it is, they write the prescription and we prepare it for your visit. If it is not, they will tell you that too.
The anti-inflammatory blend combines three peptides that are each associated with a different part of repair. BPC-157 has been studied for tendon, ligament and gut-lining repair. KPV is a short peptide studied for its role in calming inflammatory signaling. TB-500, a synthetic form of thymosin beta-4, has been studied for how cells migrate to injured tissue. It is closely related to the KLOW blend, which adds a copper peptide for skin and collagen. This one leaves that out and concentrates on repair and inflammation.
These are research peptides. They are prescription only, and a provider decides whether the blend is appropriate for you and how much you receive.

This blend contains BPC-157, KPV and TB-500, peptides studied for tissue repair and inflammatory signaling. The product name does not establish an anti-inflammatory clinical effect, and ingredient studies do not establish the blend's efficacy. This is not the same as an anti-inflammatory medication and is not a substitute for any medication you have been prescribed. KLOW contains the same three peptides plus a copper peptide studied for collagen and skin remodeling; this blend leaves that out.
No. None of the three is approved by the FDA for any use. In July 2026 an FDA advisory committee voted to recommend allowing licensed pharmacies to compound BPC-157 and TB-500, and that recommendation is in the FDA's formal review process. That is not FDA approval; your nurse practitioner can discuss what it means for your options at the free consultation.
This blend is not right for everyone. Your nurse practitioner reviews your health history, current medications and any existing conditions before prescribing and will tell you if it is not a fit. Bring your current medication list to the free consultation.
Bottle pricing is shown above. Every order includes one medical review fee, which covers the review and managing your prescriptions, and is charged once even when prescriptions go out as separate orders the same day. The consultation itself is free.
Book a free consultation with a nurse practitioner, online or at any of our three locations. They go through your health history, your current medications and what you are trying to achieve, then tell you whether this is a sensible fit. Not everyone is, and if you are, they write the prescription and you pay for your bottles plus the one review fee.
Your prescription is filled by a licensed U.S. 503A compounding pharmacy.
That depends on what your provider prescribes, so it is not something we can quote in advance. Your provider sets the dose and the number of bottles follows from it, and your total is confirmed with you before anything is dispensed. There is no subscription and no automatic refill, so you order again only when you decide to.
Both. Collect at West Hollywood, Santa Monica or Calabasas, where we pack it for you and show you how to inject it, all covered by the review fee. Or we ship it to your home anywhere in California, at no extra charge. If you cannot get to a clinic and would like to be shown how to inject, we can set up a video visit and walk you through it.
