Come to West Hollywood, Santa Monica or Calabasas and meet the provider who prescribes for you.
Your prescription is filled by a licensed U.S. 503A pharmacy.
Nothing is dispensed without a prescription from our medical team.
Tell a nurse practitioner about your health history and goals. There is no obligation to buy medication.
If treatment is appropriate and you choose to proceed, your provider reviews the medications with you. The review fee is charged once for that encounter, including prescriptions ordered separately that day.
Pay for the bottles prescribed for you, with no subscription or automatic refill. Buying several together does not add another fee to the same medication review. You see the total before agreeing.
At clinic pickup, we show you how to use your medication and answer your questions. This teaching is included in the review fee. Prefer delivery? We ship to your home anywhere in California at no extra charge. If you cannot get to a clinic and would like to be shown how to inject, we can do that over video.
IDEAL FOR
BPC-157 is prescribed after a consultation, once a provider reviews your history and goals. It is most often considered by people focused on recovery and connective-tissue support.
Active people managing a nagging tendon, ligament, or soft-tissue issue
Anyone prioritizing recovery between training blocks
People interested in gut-lining support alongside standard care
The only way to know if it fits is a free consultation with our medical team, who confirm whether it is appropriate for you.
BPC-157 is a synthetic version of a sequence found in a protein in gastric juice. In laboratory and animal research it has been examined mainly for tissue repair and recovery, and clinicians who work with it tend to focus on musculoskeletal and gut applications. Any use is individualized and prescription-only, decided with our medical team.
Recovery of tendons, ligaments, and muscle after strain or injury
Support for the lining of the stomach and intestines
A calmer inflammatory response in irritated tissue
Formation of new small blood vessels in healing tissue (angiogenesis)
Most peptides are not FDA-approved for the uses discussed publicly, and are prescribed at the discretion of a licensed provider after an individual evaluation. A peptide is not appropriate for everyone, and individual results vary.
Peptide therapy at Cienega Medical is available by prescription only. You start with a consultation with one of our nurse practitioners, who reviews your health history, your goals, and whether a peptide is appropriate for you. If it is, they write the prescription and we prepare it for your visit. If it is not, they will tell you that too.
BPC-157 is a synthetic peptide studied for recovery and tissue repair, primarily in laboratory and animal research so far. It is not yet FDA-approved, and momentum is building: in July 2026 an FDA advisory committee voted to recommend allowing licensed pharmacies to compound it, a recommendation now moving through the FDA’s review. BPC-157 is a synthetic peptide studied mainly in preclinical (laboratory and animal) research on recovery and repair. Human clinical evidence is limited and no health benefits have been established. A single-bottle blend containing BPC-157, KPV and TB-500, two other peptides studied for repair and inflammatory signalling, is also available. Which one fits, if either, is a decision your nurse practitioner makes with you at the free consultation.
No. BPC-157 is not currently FDA-approved. In July 2026, an FDA advisory committee voted to recommend allowing licensed pharmacies to compound BPC-157, and that recommendation is now in the FDA's formal review process, not an approval of BPC-157. We provide it by prescription only, following a free nurse practitioner consultation to decide whether it is appropriate for you.
BPC-157 is not right for everyone. Your nurse practitioner reviews your health history, current medications and existing conditions before prescribing, and will tell you if it is not a fit. Bring your current medication list to your free consultation.
Bottle pricing is shown above. Every order includes one medical review fee, which covers the review and managing your prescriptions, and is charged once even when prescriptions go out as separate orders the same day. The consultation itself is free.
Book a free consultation with a nurse practitioner, online or at any of our three locations. They go through your health history, your current medications and what you are trying to achieve, then tell you whether this is a sensible fit. Not everyone is, and if you are, they write the prescription and you pay for your bottles plus the one review fee.
Your prescription is filled by a licensed U.S. 503A compounding pharmacy.
That depends on what your provider prescribes, so it is not something we can put a number on here. Your nurse practitioner tells you at your review roughly how long a bottle should last for you and when it would make sense to order again. There is no subscription and no automatic refill, so you order again only when you decide to.
Both. Collect at West Hollywood, Santa Monica or Calabasas, where we pack it for you and show you how to inject it, all covered by the review fee. Or we ship it to your home anywhere in California, at no extra charge. If you cannot get to a clinic and would like to be shown how to inject, we can set up a video visit and walk you through it.
