Tell a nurse practitioner about your health history and goals. There is no obligation to buy medication.
If treatment is appropriate and you choose to proceed, your provider reviews the medications with you. The review fee is charged once for that encounter, including prescriptions ordered separately that day.
Pay for the bottles prescribed for you, with no subscription or automatic refill. Buying several together does not add another fee to the same medication review. You see the total before agreeing.
At clinic pickup, we show you how to use your medication and answer your questions. This teaching is included in the review fee. Prefer delivery? We ship to your home anywhere in California at no extra charge. If you cannot get to a clinic and would like to be shown how to inject, we can do that over video.

KLOW combines four peptides, each studied for a different part of recovery: BPC-157 for tissue and gut repair, TB-500 for cell migration and healing, GHK-Cu for collagen and skin, and KPV for calming inflammation. Together they are used as a recovery-focused stack. These are research peptides, prescription-only.
Tissue and connective-tissue repair (BPC-157)
Cell migration and healing (TB-500)
Collagen, skin firmness and anti-aging
A calmer inflammatory response (KPV)
Most peptides are not FDA-approved for the uses discussed publicly, and are prescribed at the discretion of a licensed provider after an individual evaluation. A peptide is not appropriate for everyone, and individual results vary.
Peptide therapy at Cienega Medical is available by prescription only. You start with a consultation with one of our nurse practitioners, who reviews your health history, your goals, and whether a peptide is appropriate for you. If it is, they write the prescription and we prepare it for your visit. If it is not, they will tell you that too.
The KLOW blend combines four peptides that are each associated with a different part of repair and recovery. BPC-157 has been studied for tendon, ligament and gut-lining repair. TB-500, a synthetic form of thymosin beta-4, has been studied for how cells migrate to injured tissue. GHK-Cu is a copper peptide studied for collagen production and skin remodeling. KPV is a short peptide studied for its anti-inflammatory activity. Each of the four peptides in KLOW has its own body of study behind it, mostly early-stage and preclinical, and the blend brings them together for recovery and skin. It is prescribed at a provider’s discretion after an individual evaluation.

The KLOW blend combines four peptides: BPC-157, TB-500 (a synthetic form of thymosin beta-4), GHK-Cu (a copper peptide) and KPV. The rationale is to bring together ingredients studied in different aspects of tissue repair, recovery and inflammation. That research is mostly preclinical work rather than large human trials, and studies of individual ingredients do not establish the blend's efficacy. Whether a blend or a single peptide makes sense for your goals is a decision to discuss with your nurse practitioner at a free consultation.
No, the compounded KLOW blend is not FDA-approved, and none of its four peptides is FDA-approved for any use. It is available by prescription following an individual evaluation with a nurse practitioner, starting with a free consultation.
The KLOW blend is not right for everyone. Your nurse practitioner reviews your health history, current medications and existing conditions before prescribing and will tell you if the blend is not a fit. Bring your current medication list to your free consultation.
Bottle pricing is shown above. Every order includes one medical review fee, which covers the review and managing your prescriptions, and is charged once even when prescriptions go out as separate orders the same day. The consultation itself is free.
Book a free consultation with a nurse practitioner, online or at any of our three locations. They go through your health history, your current medications and what you are trying to achieve, then tell you whether this is a sensible fit. Not everyone is, and if you are, they write the prescription and you pay for your bottles plus the one review fee.
Your prescription is filled by a licensed U.S. 503A compounding pharmacy.
That depends on what your provider prescribes, so it is not something we can put a number on here. Your nurse practitioner tells you at your review roughly how long a bottle should last for you and when it would make sense to order again. There is no subscription and no automatic refill, so you order again only when you decide to.
Both. Collect at West Hollywood, Santa Monica or Calabasas, where we pack it for you and show you how to inject it, all covered by the review fee. Or we ship it to your home anywhere in California, at no extra charge. If you cannot get to a clinic and would like to be shown how to inject, we can set up a video visit and walk you through it.
