They review your health history and your goals, and talk through whether a peptide is a good fit for you.
If a peptide is appropriate, your provider writes the prescription. If it is not the right choice for you, they will tell you that too.
We order your peptide from our compounding pharmacy so it is ready for you. Your card is charged when the prescription is processed.
Gonadorelin is a synthetic form of gonadotropin-releasing hormone, or GnRH, a hormone the hypothalamus produces naturally. GnRH signals the pituitary gland to release the hormones that in turn signal the testes and ovaries. Gonadorelin has a longer history in conventional medicine than most peptides discussed online: it has been used in fertility medicine and in diagnostic testing of pituitary function. In men receiving testosterone replacement therapy, it is sometimes prescribed to maintain the body’s own hormonal signaling during treatment.

Gonadorelin is a synthetic version of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH), which the hypothalamus produces naturally. It signals the pituitary gland, which in turn signals the testes or ovaries.
Testosterone replacement can suppress the body's own hormonal signaling. Gonadorelin is sometimes prescribed to help maintain that signaling during treatment. Whether it makes sense for you is a clinical decision your provider will make with you.
Gonadorelin has been the active ingredient in FDA-approved products used for fertility and for diagnostic testing, though those products are no longer marketed in the United States. Its use alongside testosterone therapy is not an FDA-approved indication.
Gonadorelin is available by prescription following a consultation with a nurse practitioner. It is most often discussed as part of a testosterone therapy plan.
Book a consultation. One of our nurse practitioners will review your health history and goals with you, and if this is appropriate they will write the prescription and we will order it for your visit. Your card is charged when the prescription is processed.
