KLOW combines four peptides, each studied for a different part of recovery: BPC-157 for tissue and gut repair, TB-500 for cell migration and healing, GHK-Cu for collagen and skin, and KPV for calming inflammation. Together they are used as a recovery-focused stack. These are research peptides, prescription-only.
Tissue and connective-tissue repair (BPC-157)
Cell migration and healing (TB-500)
Collagen, skin firmness and anti-aging (GHK-Cu)
A calmer inflammatory response (KPV)
The KLOW blend combines four peptides that are each associated with a different part of repair and recovery. BPC-157 has been studied for tendon, ligament and gut-lining repair. TB-500, a synthetic form of thymosin beta-4, has been studied for how cells migrate to injured tissue. GHK-Cu is a copper peptide studied for collagen production and skin remodeling. KPV is a short peptide studied for its anti-inflammatory activity. None of these four is approved by the FDA, and most of the supporting research is preclinical rather than from large human trials. The blend is prescribed at a provider’s discretion after an individual evaluation.

Four peptides: BPC-157, TB-500 (a synthetic form of thymosin beta-4), GHK-Cu (a copper peptide) and KPV. Each has been studied in a different corner of tissue repair, recovery and inflammation.
No. None of the four is approved by the FDA for any use. They are prescribed at the discretion of a licensed provider following an individual evaluation.
The idea behind a blend is that each component targets a different part of the same goal, in this case recovery and tissue repair. Whether a blend or a single peptide makes sense for you is a clinical decision your provider will make with you.
Mostly preclinical work rather than large human trials, which is true of each of the four peptides individually. We would rather tell you that plainly than imply more certainty than exists.
It is available by prescription following a consultation with a nurse practitioner, who will review whether it is appropriate for you.
