What Gonadorelin Is Studied For
Gonadorelin is a synthetic form of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH). What Is Gonadorelin?
Gonadorelin is a synthetic form of gonadotropin-releasing hormone, or GnRH, a hormone the hypothalamus produces naturally. GnRH signals the pituitary gland to release the hormones that in turn signal the testes and ovaries. Gonadorelin has a longer history in conventional medicine than most peptides discussed online: it has been used in fertility medicine and in diagnostic testing of pituitary function.
